ACC is a custom command center application that helps a security company record shift events, notify stakeholders, and keep operational information in one place.

Reports were not recorded centrally. Important updates were shared after a shift through email or WhatsApp, rosters were managed in Excel and printed on paper, and equipment check-in and check-out was not properly tracked.

What BIVI helped build

BIVI is developing a web application where guards, supervisors, the client, and company leadership can access shift reports, receive notifications, respond in report threads, and generate PDF reports. Future phases include roster management with time tracking and equipment management.

What changes

The application gives the security company a clearer operational overview, with a dashboard that shows what happened, who was involved, when actions took place, and why decisions were made.

Reports, rosters, and equipment records were spread across WhatsApp, email, Excel, and paper.

Shift events, notifications, discussions, PDFs, rosters, equipment records, and audit trails are brought together in one application.

GovCheck is a visitor registration system that helps a Caribbean government agency record building access, verify identity, and keep security teams informed.

Visitor registration was handled manually in a ledger. This caused delays, increased the chance of errors, and left the agency without a digital archive or a reliable view of who entered the building.

What BIVI helped build

BIVI is developing a web application where security personnel can register each visitor, record the reason for visit and destination, scan an ID or passport with an MRZ reader, issue badges, and check visitors against a linked blacklist. Supervisors can see who is currently inside the building and who has left for the day.

What changes

The application creates a clearer and more reliable access process, with dashboard visibility for daily visitor movement and a multi-tenant structure that can support rollout across government offices, departments, and ministries.

Fleet is a web and mobile application built for the Aruban market to manage rental and lease cars, reservations, customers, contracts, income, expenses, and vehicle records.

BIVI is developing a complete fleet management application where users can manage reservations and customers, create contracts quickly, track income and expenses per car, and record insurance, taxes, inspections, service work, oil usage, labor costs, parts, and mechanical checkups.

The application gives fleet operators a digital record for every car and a dashboard that shows income, expenses, and performance by vehicle, month, year, and other useful views.

Vehicle records, costs, service details, reservations, and contracts were harder to keep complete and easy to compare.
